I was born and raised in Missoula, Montana. When I was in high school I met a mentor, Michael Murphy, who made me feel that anything was possible. I started a class in the School of Media Arts at the University of Montana my last semester of high school to learn how to use Final Cut Pro.

​The next year, my first year as a full-time student at the University of Montana, I was accepted into the School of Media Arts's Bachelor program. I became one of the twenty young talents that would work together for the next two years. 

​

Throughout my studies I have worked on internships at Salty Snack Studios, producing a commercial for one of their apps, and at the Big Sky Documentary Film Festival, who hired me on for a paid position the following year.

​

I graduated with my Bachelor of Arts in Media Arts, Digital Filmmaking, in December of 2012. Now I am ready and eager to take on the big world of Digital Filmmaking.
